Flex Jobs is a job board that focuses specifically on ‘telecommuting jobs’, which are slightly different than freelance jobs. As a freelancer you tend to do lots of one off jobs for different employers, whereas a telecommuting job is more like a regular part time or full time job where you work for just one employer, but instead of going into an office to work you can do the work from your own home.

Flex jobs does have a small monthly fee to become a member and apply for the jobs, but this means that the job postings are of a higher quality and there is less competition applying for the jobs.
